The story
Forty-one years of not growing up.
Jack Rannazzisi
Founder & Creator
Jack Rannazzisi started Team Tubby in 1985 because the skate scene needed gear that actually represented it, not some watered-down version off a mall rack. Four decades later, that's still the whole philosophy: build it rebellious, build it to take a beating, and never ask permission. Team Tubby isn't a corporate brand chasing trends — it's a garage-built attitude that's stuck around because it never stopped being true.

Team Tubby ("we," "us," "our") operates this website, teamtubby.jradranazz.workers.dev, out of Nevada, USA. This policy explains what information we collect from visitors, why, and what rights you have over it. We wrote it in plain language on purpose — if anything is unclear, email us and we'll explain it.
What information we collect
We collect information in two places on this site:
- Contact form: the name, email address, and message you type in.
- Buy / cart: the product(s) and quantity you select. We don't currently collect payment card details ourselves — see "Third-party websites and services" below.
We don't require you to create an account, and you can browse every page and product without giving us any information at all.
How information is collected
Everything above is typed in by you, directly, when you choose to use the Contact form or the Buy button. We don't collect information automatically through server-side tracking. The Contact form and checkout both open your own email app with a pre-filled message — nothing is transmitted to a server we run.
Why we collect it
Only to do the thing you asked for: reply to your message, or receive and fulfill the order you're requesting.
How we use the information we collect
Contact form details are used only to read and reply to your message. Order details (product and quantity) are used only to fulfill that order. We do not use anything you send us for marketing you haven't asked for, and we never sell it.
Whether providing information is required
Providing your name, email, and message is required only if you want to submit the Contact form or receive a reply. Declining this privacy notice (see the banner on this site) does not block you from browsing, viewing products, or contacting us — the site only uses the one strictly-necessary bit of storage described below regardless of your choice.
Who information is shared with
We do not sell or rent your information to anyone. Your Contact form message and order requests go straight to us through your own email app — no third party sees them in transit. If we're ever required by law to disclose information (for example, a valid legal request), we will. Once online payments are turned on, payment details you enter will go directly to our payment processor, Stripe — see "Third-party websites and services" below.
Whether information is sent to AI providers
No. Information you submit through this site (Contact form messages, order requests) is not sent to, or processed by, any AI provider as part of using this website. This site was built with the help of AI development tools, but that's about how the site was made, not about what happens to your data when you use it. If that ever changes, we'll update this policy first.
Whether AI providers retain or process submitted information
Not applicable today, since no visitor information is routed through an AI provider in the first place.
Whether information is used for AI or model training
No. We do not use information you submit to train any AI or machine-learning model.
Cookies and tracking technologies
This site does not use cookies. It uses one small piece of your browser's local storage to remember whether you accepted or declined this privacy notice, so we don't ask you every visit. That's it — it isn't used to track you across other websites, isn't shared with anyone, and you can clear it any time through your browser's site settings. We don't use tracking pixels, device fingerprinting, or any cross-site tracking technology.
Analytics services
We don't currently use any analytics service (like Google Analytics) on this site. If we add one later, we'll update this policy and, where it's needed, ask for your consent first.
Advertising and tracking
We don't run advertising on this site, and we don't use advertising trackers or share information with ad networks.
How long information is retained
Contact form messages arrive in our regular email inbox (since they're sent via your own email app), so they're kept only as long as we need them to respond to and resolve your inquiry, in line with how we manage our own email. Cart contents live only in your browser's memory for your current visit and are cleared the moment you close or refresh the page — we never store them on a server. Your privacy-notice preference stays in your browser until you clear your browser data.
General data-security practices
This site is served over HTTPS, so information sent to or from it in transit is encrypted. We don't operate a database of visitor personal information today, since Contact and order requests are routed through email rather than stored server-side. Once online payment is enabled, it will be handled by Stripe, a payment processor with its own strong security standards — we won't store your card details ourselves. No method of transmission or storage is ever 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
Whether information is transferred to other countries
We operate from Nevada, USA and currently serve US customers. We don't transfer personal information outside the United States. If that changes — for example, if we start using a service provider based elsewhere — we'll update this section.
Third-party websites and services
This site may link out to other sites (for example, an email link that opens your email app). This policy doesn't cover how those third parties handle your information. Once we turn on online payments, checkout will hand off to Stripe, whose own privacy policy governs the payment information you give them directly.
Privacy rights available to you
Wherever you're located, you can ask us to: tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct information that's inaccurate, delete your information, or stop using it for a specific purpose. As a small Nevada business, we intend to honor requests like these as good practice, not only where a specific law requires it.
How to exercise your privacy rights
Email jradranazz@gmail.com and describe what you're asking for — for example, "please delete the message I sent on [date]." We'll respond as promptly as we can.
Identity verification for privacy requests
Because most information we hold arrives through direct email correspondence with you, we verify requests by replying to the same email address you originally contacted us from, to make sure the request is actually coming from you.
Children's privacy
This site isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
Sensitive personal information
We don't intentionally collect sensitive personal information — things like government ID numbers, financial account numbers, precise location, or health information — through this site. Please don't include sensitive information in a Contact form message.
Automated decision-making or profiling
We don't use automated decision-making or profiling that has a legal or similarly significant effect on you.
International privacy requirements
This site is operated for US customers from Nevada, USA. It isn't currently designed for or targeted at visitors in the European Union/EEA or the UK. Nevada law (NRS 603A) gives Nevada consumers the right to opt out of the sale of certain covered information — we don't sell personal information, so there's nothing to opt out of, but you're welcome to submit a request to confirm that at any time. If our footprint expands into other jurisdictions, we'll update this policy to reflect the rights that come with that.
How we'll communicate changes to this policy
We'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page whenever we make changes. For anything material, we'll note it prominently on this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.

Legal
Terms of Service.
Last updated: August 26, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website, teamtubby.jradranazz.workers.dev, and any purchase you make through it. Team Tubby is operated by Jack Rannazzisi as a sole proprietorship based in Nevada, USA — there's no separate company behind it, just a person running a skate brand. By using this site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Who we are
"Team Tubby," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Jack Rannazzisi, doing business as Team Tubby, a sole proprietorship operating out of Nevada, USA.
Eligibility
You must be able to form a legally binding contract to use this site or place an order — generally, 18 or older, or using the site with a parent or guardian's permission.
Using this site
You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes: browsing, contacting us, and placing genuine orders. You agree not to misuse the site — for example, by attempting to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or interfere with other visitors' use of it.
Products, pricing & availability
Product photos and descriptions are provided to represent our gear as accurately as we can, but small variations in color, print placement, or materials can happen. Prices shown on this site are currently placeholders ("Price TBD") while we finalize them — nothing is charged until a price has been confirmed with you directly. All products are subject to availability, and we may limit quantities or discontinue a product at any time.
Orders & payment
Online payment isn't live on this site yet. Right now, clicking "Buy" and checking out sends an order request to us by email, and we'll follow up directly to confirm details and payment before anything ships. Once online payment is enabled, purchases will be processed through Stripe, our payment processor, under Stripe's own terms — we don't store your card details ourselves. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unavailable inventory.
All sales are final
All sales are final. We don't offer refunds or exchanges for a change of mind, incorrect size ordered, or similar reasons. This doesn't affect any right you may have under applicable law — for example, if an item arrives materially defective or significantly different from what was ordered, contact us at jradranazz@gmail.com and we'll work with you in good faith.
Intellectual property
The Team Tubby name, logos, artwork, product designs, and the content of this site belong to Jack Rannazzisi / Team Tubby, unless otherwise noted. You may view and share pages of this site for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our name, logos, or artwork commercially without our written permission.
Skate at your own risk
Skateboarding and related activities carry inherent risk of injury. Our products are apparel and accessories, not safety equipment, and using them (or skateboarding generally) is at your own risk. Nothing on this site is safety guidance or a substitute for your own judgment and protective gear.
No warranties
This site and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure, though we take reasonable steps to keep it running smoothly.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Team Tubby / Jack Rannazzisi is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or its products. Where liability can't be excluded, it's limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
Third-party links & services
This site may link to or rely on third-party services — for example, your email app, or Stripe once payments are live. Those services are governed by their own terms, which we don't control.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If a dispute arises, we'd genuinely rather work it out directly — email us first at jradranazz@gmail.com.
Changes to these Terms
We'll update the "Last updated" date above whenever we change these Terms, and note anything material prominently on this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
Severability
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in full effect.
